Cancer Immunotherapy

What Is Cancer Immunotherapy?

Cancer immune cell therapy is a treatment in which each patient's own immune cells are activated and expanded outside the body and then returned to the body. It is regarded as a promising "fourth pillar" of cancer treatment.

Because cancer immune cell therapy is a customized treatment that uses the patient's own cells, side effects tend to be mild. Combining it with surgery, chemotherapy (anticancer drugs), radiation therapy, and electromagnetic-wave hyperthermia is expected to further enhance therapeutic outcomes.

From the following cancer immune cell therapies, we propose the most suitable approach for each patient through an in-person consultation.

Activated Lymphocyte
Therapy (LAK)

Uses general blood draw
Tumor-Infiltrating
Lymphocyte Therapy (TIL)

Uses pleural / ascitic fluid
Dendritic Cell Injection
(DCI Therapy)

Uses apheresis blood
Cancer Vaccine Therapy

Uses post-surgical tissue

In addition to the above, we also offer Vitamin C Therapy, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Immunostimulants, low-dose anticancer drugs, and Reductive Electron Therapy.

The diagram below illustrates how the immune system relates to each treatment.
Helper T cells issue the orders to fight; Killer T cells receive enemy information from macrophages and dendritic cells and engage in attack; B lymphocytes produce antibodies tailored to the enemy — together, they fight through coordinated teamwork as shown in the diagram.
